CareCoachMD provides health and wellness information for educational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have received through CareCoachMD.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete health information to receive appropriate guidance.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free trial periods do not require payment information upfront.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueEval Medical Group PLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
