You may receive up to 10 messages per week depending on your notification settings, active prescriptions, upcoming appointments, and wellness reminders. You can customize message frequency in your portal notification settings at any time.
Message and data rates may apply. CareCoachMD does not charge for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge standard messaging and data fees. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
